I'm literally using it to write this review right now. I'm someone with an overactive brain and I'm constantly juggling a lot of things. I work in dispute resolution. So on that end, I have to manage up to 16 matters at any given time. Outside of that, I'm a software development hobbyist. I also make music with a little bit of producing, vocal recording, and mixing. Having to deal with all that on top of my everyday life just gets too hectic. The best way I can describe why this is helpful is that I have to constantly offload my thoughts and feelings and organize them externally so that I don't get overwhelmed and overstimulated. But one of the biggest friction points in doing that has been having to manually type things out. I've tried regular dictation on my Apple devices, and it just doesn't cut it. I feel like I can finally focus on what matters now. And I'm excited to see what else this unlocks for me.

Major issue when using with music on AirPods with action button/shortcut - Multiple Wispr Flow Dynamic Island icons show up at the same time/Expands to show the power button for a moment and then collapses as if it started recording but there is no timer - it doesn't actually start recording. The experience makes it seem like it successfully started so then you've dictated this whole passage and try to conclude it and then realise it wasn't even recording. If the app knows that it's not successfully capturing your phone audio, it needs to have a warning or something. Should warn if there is a known functionality gap here that it can't detect or can't record while you're on AirPods or when music is simultaneously playing or something.

The word "game changer" is used way too often, but in the case of Wispr Flow, it is 100% accurate. Wispr Flow has completely revolutionized my work life.Wispr enables me to maximize the value that I get out of my AI LLM (for me that is Claude). It's improved my communication and my thinking. It enables me to respond to text messages and emails at the speed of light. It instantly cleans up my speech and presents it beautifully formatted. It now records all of my meetings. It pops up and reminds me when I've got a meeting, enables me to record that, and then transcribes it, which I can use instantly.I know there are other tools that do that as well, but having that all part of the one ecosystem on my phone and my Mac works so beautifully. There's nothing I would do to improve Wispr Flow. Even the free version is insanely good and so worth getting. Thank you, Wispr Flow, for this incredible tool.

I downloaded this a few weeks ago and was quite impressed, so I paid for the pro version. I'm very happy with its use on the iPhone and on my MacBook Pro. It seems to work pretty much seamlessly and gets everything about 95% right. Certainly a lot faster than typing. The only issue I have had is getting my iPad Pro to accept the speech input - it just won’t work. But apart from that, this is a great app and I'm sure they'll resolve that in the short term. In fact, I wrote this review using Wispr Flow.
