Great experience but random graphics glitches

The looks great but almost every mission has some area that causes colourful splotches, white screen or broken textures. Only solution is to restart the game!Able to run the game at just above 1080p with everything set to max!

It’s great to finally see a high-quality game like this running natively on macOS. I’m playing on an M4 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB RAM. It runs well on very high settings, though ultra is too laggy. I’ve dialed a few graphics options down to medium to keep the frame rate smooth.The world looks amazing and the story is genuinely engaging. The controller support (I’m using a PlayStation DualSense) works perfectly and feels natural. Performance is solid overall, and it’s impressive how stable the experience is for such a large open world.I do wish there was more interactivity with the environment and NPCs. Many of the buildings and villagers look great but don’t do much. It makes the world feel a bit empty at times. Also, having to sit through the same intro screens and videos every time you launch gets a bit tiring.Still, this is a big step forward for gaming on Mac. It looks stunning, plays well, and proves that macOS can handle major releases when they’re done right.

I play a lot of games on the Xbox but as a committed Mac user have been frustrated that the gaming options on the Mac were never very good. This game changes that — I am a few hours in (maybe 10) but this is a great game and everything I would have hoped for for a Mac release. Gameplay is fun and intuitive (I am using a controller), performance is fine for PVE single player (M1 Max 4 yo MacBook Pro). The world is incredibly detailed and fun to interact with.If you’re wondering about making the switch from another platform - this is the one.

First I will start with saying this game is great and I am super happy that we got this game on day 1 with proper Mac support. However I would have liked it to run slightly better, with being promised to run on every apple silicon Mac including m1 I would have thought that playing this game with an m3 pro chip would have preformed far better. This is not the case. It is still playable, but not the experience I hoped for. I hope this can be fixed with future updates.
