Just give it a try and you will soon notice it’s a great thing to be able to spin off songs about whatever you like for personal use just as a funny thing to send to a friend or family member, and if you make a banger, simply convert the video outputted file to an mp3, then use a tool like LANDR to allow you to publish your music in over 100 places.

I starting using Shoom to add music to lyrics created for my friends and family. It has been great to create personal songs for my nearest and dearest and with the different genres that can be made to suit the individuals taste in music, however it cuts the end of the song off. I have sent a message to the developers

Shoom looked promising at first, but it completely fails when it comes to generating anything close to heavy music. No matter how detailed or explicit my prompts were — including clear instructions like “NO clean vocals,” “harsh screams ONLY,” “NO pop or rock,” “Drop A tuning,” and references to Parkway Drive, Polaris, Thy Art, etc. — Shoom kept producing soft pop-rock tracks with vocals that sounded more like Justin Bieber than metalcore.This app simply does not understand metal, heavy genres, breakdowns, or screaming techniques. It ignores tonal instructions, overrides user intent, and forces pop-style vocals even when the prompt demands scream-only metalcore or hardcore.If you’re trying to create heavy music, extreme vocals, or anything resembling modern metalcore, Shoom is not the right tool. It might work for pop, EDM, or radio-friendly genres, but it does not deliver on heavy music at all.Really disappointed, especially after trying dozens of extremely clear prompts. Shoom needs major updates before it can claim to handle metal or any aggressive genre.

I am extremely disappointed with this app.I paid for the annual subscription expecting full access to create music($60/year) but I can barely generate any songs without being asked to pay more. This feels like a misleading and unfair system.Additionally, even when I carefully input my preferences and details on the music request page, the generated songs do not match what I asked for at all. The quality and accuracy are very disappointing.Honestly, this experience is so frustrating that I feel it is refund-worthy. If I cannot properly use what I already paid for, then I should not be charged at all.I strongly request a refund. Without it, I cannot accept this situation.I would not recommend this app to others unless the pricing system becomes clear, fair, and truly usable after subscribing.
