Packaged food now takes one scan: point at the barcode and calories and macros land in your diary. – The new Barcode mode lives right in the food camera and reads the code on its own – A found product comes with calories and macros filled in: one tap and the meal is logged – If a product isn't in the database yet, snap the front and back of the package, and CalZen reads the nutrition label – Products you add this way go into the database, so the next scan finds them instantly Got an idea, or something feels off? Email us at hello@calzen.ai and we'll sort it out.

On GLP-1? CalZen now keeps a diary of your treatment: doses, injection sites, and how you feel. – Record each dose in a tap, with reminders the evening before and when one slips – Check in on how you feel to spot changes and share them with your doctor – A new chart estimates your medication level between injections from your dose log – The new GLP-1 widget keeps your next dose right on the home screen This update also fixes an issue that could keep the app from opening. Got an idea, or something feels off? Email us at hello@calzen.ai and we'll sort it out.

Logging water got quicker: the picker remembers the amount you chose last time, so there's no more spinning it back every day. – Open Add water and your usual glass is already selected, one tap and you're done – A handful of small fixes to keep day-to-day logging smooth Got an idea, or something feels off? Email us at hello@calzen.ai and we'll sort it out.

See your progress, not just weigh it: progress photos and body measurements are here. – Progress photos stay on your phone. We never upload them anywhere and nobody else sees them – Your Start and Now shots sit side by side on the progress screen, with the difference between them – Body measurements: waist, chest, hips, upper arm and thigh, saved by date, with the whole history one tap away – Weight, photo and measurements go in together, and you can backdate an entry if you stepped on the scales yesterday – New goal, Build muscle: calories and protein are set for putting on mass instead of losing it The app speaks Korean now, and favourites no longer double your calories when you open a meal twice. If something feels off, email us at hello@calzen.ai and we'll sort it out.

This update makes everyday tracking smoother and more dependable. Logging meals by text now works faster and more accurately, so adding what you eat takes less effort throughout the day. We also resolved a stability issue that affected some users on certain devices. Thank you for being part of CalZen, and we truly value every review and suggestion you share with us.

Small habits win. That's the whole idea behind this update. Say hello to the CalZen Live Activity. Flip it on in your Profile and your remaining calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) show up right on your Lock Screen as live rings, updating the second you log a meal. No need to open the app just to see where you stand. And in the Dynamic Island, your calories left for the day stay a glance away. Here's a little trick that actually works: check your numbers before you order, not after. One look at how much room you've got and the call between the fries and the salad pretty much makes itself. No math, no guilt, just an easier choice. We also cleaned things up under the hood, so CalZen stays fast and steady. And honestly, we read everything. If something made your day, got on your nerves, or there's a feature you wish existed, tell us. Drop us a line at calzen@42apps.io or leave a review. Your notes genuinely shape what we build next, and we can't wait to hear from you.

Your calories are now always in sight — right from the Lock Screen. • NEW: Live Activity — track your remaining calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) at a glance on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, without even opening the app. • Updates live as you log your meals, so you're always in control. • Turn it on or off anytime in your Profile. Plus bug fixes and improvements to keep CalZen fast and reliable.

Hop on the scales, head for the coffee — by the time you pour, the number's gone. Sound familiar? The + button on the home screen now logs your weight: tap it straight off the scales, number's in before your coffee's done. We've also rebuilt the camera screen from scratch — open it and your food's right there in frame, no extra clutter, shutter's instant. CalZen tip: weigh in at the same time every day, first thing, before brekkie — one day's noise, a week's the signal. Chase the trend, not the number. More good stuff on the way. Tell us how it lands at hello@calzen.ai, we read every message ourselves.

A PDF nutrition report for 7 days, 2 weeks or 30. One tap on the share icon at the top of the main screen, and you get a clean document with macros, weight and the food diary day by day, with photos. People used to screenshot the main screen and stitch the days together — those days are done. Send it to a trainer, a nutritionist, a doctor or anyone who asks how you actually eat: clear and self-explanatory. Give it a go and tell me how it lands at hello@calzen.ai, I read every message personally.

Your diet doesn't fall over because of Friday pizza. It falls over from that spoon of peanut butter on the fly, the handful of almonds at a mate's place, the latte on the way to work — the 300–500 calories that "don't count." Voice dictation was built for exactly that moment: hands full, just say it out loud. Fibre is the other invisible piece of the puzzle: 25–30g a day, and you stay full, digestion works, training goes easier. Which feature do you use most, and what would you tweak to fit your goals in CalZen? Email hello@calzen.ai — I read every message personally.

Sneaky glitches, jumpy taps, the odd typo — we hunted them down and squashed the lot. Quiet release on the surface, smoother under your finger. While you're here: we shipped fibre tracking in 2.7 and voice dictation in 2.8, and we genuinely want to know how they're treating you. What's working, what's annoying, what's missing? hello@calzen.ai — every email lands on a real person at CalZen, and the features we hear about are the ones we keep building on.

Mouth full, fingers greasy, hands on the wheel — finally an excuse to chat to your phone. Voice dictation just dropped: press and hold the big + on the home screen and just say what you ate. The least awkward way to fess up to that second slice of pizza. Heads up: voice mode is iOS 26 only. CalZen tip: the snacks you didn't plan to eat leak more calories than the dinners you actually cooked. Log those first. Ideas? hello@calzen.ai

Fibre now joins every food scan — track it right alongside protein, fat and carbs. We also gave the meal view screen a fresh coat of paint. Two things we want to apologise for and have already fixed: the loading screen got slow on the last build, and the home screen list sometimes got sticky to scroll. Both sorted — sorry about that. CalZen life hack: a handful of berries on your morning oats ≈ 5 g of fibre, basically free — most of us are eating half of what we should. Ideas? hello@calzen.ai

Quiet tune-up under the hood while the bigger update's brewing. Summer hack in the meantime: chuck a handful of grapes in the freezer. They turn into tiny natural lollies — sweet, crunchy, basically no calories. Stay close, something solid's dropping next. Ideas? hello@calzen.ai

Quiet polish under the hood, calm and steady. Summer life hack while you wait: half your snack cravings in the heat are just thirst in disguise. Smash a glass of water first, then decide. Bigger stuff dropping next release. Stay close. Ideas? hello@calzen.ai

We made food scanning more accurate. CalZen life hack: the best summer prep isn't a crash diet in June — it's knowing what you eat in April. Your future beach self will thank you. Ideas? hello@calzen.ai
