Downloaded app, the app ACCEPTED an Australian phone number ,was made to pay the subscription fee, very next slide, asks for address but can only be a US ADDRESS! So basically just paid for NOTHING. can’t even progress into app to make a complaint. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention the app description says NOTHING about only being for US users. I have screenshotted everything.

The app can be downloaded anywhere, but class action claims are limited to U.S. residents, which is why the address step only accepts U.S. details. I have downloaded app and paid for whole 1 year subscription. When i tried to fill the address it’s not accepting my home address and I can’t use the app at all. What’s the point of paying for whole 1 year subscription and not able to use it? Very annoying service.

after purchasing a subscription it then tells you that you can only use a US address and won’t let you go any further so lost $60 for being in aus. it didn’t tell you anywhere before that you can only use it if your in the US

App doesn’t work outside of the US

Don’t bother downloading this app if you’re outside of the US. After paying a subscription fee you have to put in your address and it will only accept US addresses. Extremely misleading and I dread to think how many people have been scammed from this app.
