The reading experience is crippled by a lack of options or flexibility. Compared to the old app this one lacks any form of library organisation, of mediocre accessibility options when reading font size are static do not adapt device screen size. I hate this and it makes me want to abandon BookWalker entirely after using the old service since 2017.

About the prices

When you buy coins online (not on the app) you can get 199 coins for $1.99 but when you buy coins in the app you get 99 coins for $1.99 while the books cost the same amount of coins. So tell me how that doesn’t make the books more than twice the price.

Hello! We apologize for the lack of details.We are required by the Apple App Store terms of service to use their in-app purchase systems. These systems take fees and therefore there is a difference between the app's and web browser's coin packs prices. We suggest that if you want to get a better deal, please use a web browser to purchase coins using your preferred method of payment. You can also purchase eBooks using our web-only shopping cart function and avoid the coin pack purchases if that isn't appealing to you.

What kind of ebook reader closes what you’re reading so it can shove ads in your face when you open the app? Also, how did they manage to make the experience worse from there?I used to be a pretty good customer. Not any more.
