I love the game, but EVERY time I load a level, it crashes. It’s so annoying and frustrating.The minimal amount of energy (required to start each level) gets used very quickly when loading every level twice. Also, a few times now, certain levels do not end. Even after killing all the enemies and achieving the goals.I always keep my devices and apps on the most recent versions. My internet speed is very good, and have a strong wifi connection. (Edit) The recent update which suggested a fix is actually worse than before. Twice the amount of crashes, + new glitches (frozen screen), it’s almost unplayable. You guys might want to consider paying someone who actually knows how to fix this game before we all leave. I’ll play to the next update if not fixed, I’m out. 😔

Not happy OZ
Hello you have a great game here but it was always glitching and would just close down after you have play 1 or 2 runs but now from the last update you have done I can’t even play 1 round it just close. I have also spent way to much time and money on this game just to delete it this needs to be fixed asap. I have also shut down down my iPad and and started it back up again log straight into the game and still the same thing. This is the only game that I have trouble with all the other apps all work fine.

I love this game so much but I can only play it for 5-10 min before it starts lagging and glitching so bad that it completely freezes or crashes and exits the app, I don’t have this problem with other games, just this one, such a great game but I can only enjoy it for so long before it starts lagging and freezing it is very frustrating and I end up having to exit the game and play something else, other than that it’s an awesome game and I have enjoyed playing it for months now
