Signed up for a year subscription, very surprised that a few days later I’m charged a monthly premium subscription. Be very wary of this app, for unexpected charges. It certainly wasn’t obvious the extra “sign up”, not sure if this happened when I logged into the app for the first time.

Do not click or open anything when you see this app. Apple Pay link or otherwise disguised as 7 day free trial. Within 4 days I’ve had 3 deductions from my credit card. $60, $45, $45. No response from support. Money gone. Have had to cancel card and am currently reporting to my connections in AU and US . Also, because this app does not appear in my subscriptions, and I cannot cancel, it appears your are breaking Apples policy by directly debiting from users credit cards: Guideline 3.1.1: In-app purchases must be properly implemented, transparent, and cancellable through Apple’s system. Deceptive or hard-to-cancel subs can lead to app rejection or removal.• Guideline 3.1.2: Subscriptions must provide clear information and ongoing value; tricks like hidden/multiple renewals or bypassing the standard management flow are not allowed.• Guideline 5.1.1 (Data Collection and Privacy) and general anti-fraud rules: Anything that misleads users about purchases or makes cancellation impossible is prohibited.Looking into this further and escalating

Beware. I paid for an annual subscription and then was billed for about 3 other “subscriptions” days after. I then cancelled all of them and was charged again - $61 AUD. Customer service did respond quickly and just waiting on their reply to refund everything. I do not trust this app at all and amworried about even using it. Will be deleting it after this is refunded.I must have mistook the reviews before purchase otherwise I wouldn’t have gone ahead.

Don’t use this app or account. They don’t cancel the debits to your account after you cancel, even after you email them multiple times and physically cancel your subscription. I received an email confirmation stating they had received my cancellation and they would no longer debit my account and yet every month they continue to do so.. I had to cancel my card to stop the debit process. Dishonest service.
