I spent over 200 AUD last year to purchase the Super membership, yet I couldn’t use the Super mode on my MacBook.After contacting customer service, I followed their instructions to register a new account, and as they said, my membership was transferred to the new account.However, today my old account was suddenly charged another 200+ AUD for the annual fee.Asksia keeps claiming to have beaten that other AI starting with “C,” but it can’t do anything properly. It’s slow, gives wrong answers, and ever since it became an app, I can’t even copy and paste images directly anymore.I tried to get a refund, but customer service refused. Now I just want to cancel the automatic renewal, but the app doesn’t even have that button. I paid for the Super membership, but the only options I can see are “Plus” and “A+ Manage Subscription.”I contacted customer service again, but they are completely ignoring me now!

I’m really sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had, this is absolutely not the experience we want any user to go through, and I completely understand how upsetting unexpected charges and account issues can be.First, regarding the double charge: this should not have happened. When accounts are merged or transferred, the original subscription should always be canceled to prevent renewal. We clearly failed in your case, and I sincerely apologize for that. Please email us at contact@asksia.ai with the subject line “Double Charge – Urgent” and your old and new account emails. We will make sure this is resolved and that you receive the refund you should have received.Second, the issue with “Super mode” on MacBook and the subscription options not displaying correctly is caused by a synchronization problem between App Store subscriptions and our internal system. We have already pushed a fix to ensure every user can manage or cancel their subscription directly from the app and from the App Store.Third, on performance: we’re actively improving response speed, accuracy, and the workflow issues you mentioned (like copying images).
