I’m at the beginning of a journey with Claude. I started the course with a basic understanding of how to use AI tools but what became clear, a lack of knowledge of how Claude worked and how to use it productively to build tools I can use regularly and practically. Very encouraging experience.

I purchased the 4 week course and immediately noticed that I had been charged not only for the course fee but also for an additional service that I do not recall intentionally selecting. Within minutes of making the purchase, I contacted customer support to explain the situation and request a refund.I was told that I had accepted an additional option during checkout and that the company has a strict no-refund policy. Despite contacting them almost immediately after the purchase, they refused to provide a full refund. After several emails back and forth, they eventually offered to refund only 75% of the amount charged.I found the checkout process confusing and potentially misleading, as I was not aware I was purchasing anything beyond the course itself. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled and do not feel that the resolution offered was fair. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully review all charges before completing their purchase.

Its been offered to buy one month subscription fir as little as $0.56 per week for a month. I took this offer, straight into the registration process its had up sale page which could not be closed offering me more expensive plan which has access to everything (even though initially if did not say my subscription is limited).The page with upsale offer at the end had only one button: confirm the subscription. As I already was in the process of subscribing It was not made clear if Im confirming $2 or $70?? They ended up taking both from my nominated card and would not refund after contacting the support.

This app is a scam. Charged my card without notice and would not refund it unless I went through the entire workflow in the app. They said it’s their policy that you have to finish the training before you can get a refund?! I don’t want to do the training, that is the reason I want to cancel. Tried quickly going through it just to get my money back, but you actually can’t because there is a part that required approval from them and they won’t approve it. Shame on you JobEscape for trying to make me jump through impossible hoops to get a refund for a product I do not want.
