I installed this app yesterday and at first it seemed really good. But today, every few seconds, a payment pop-up appeared trying to push the paid version. Literally every action or tab I opened triggered another subscription screen.I understand offering a premium version, but this was way too aggressive and honestly ruined the experience. If the app is mostly paid, be transparent about it from the beginning instead of constantly interrupting users.I was actually interested in trying the app and could have considered paying for it, but after this experience, it just became frustrating.

Good App, Poor Customer Support

I signed up for the free trial because the app said I’d get a reminder before being charged, but I never received one. As soon as I saw the subscription had tried to renew, I cancelled it straight away.I then reached out to the support team not once, but twice, and never got a reply. Having no customer support when there’s an issue is really frustrating. I also contacted Apple, but they wouldn’t approve a refund.The app itself is great, which makes this even more disappointing. It was completely ruined for me by the lack of customer support. A free trial shouldn’t end with customers chasing support and getting ignored. Based on my experience, I’d think twice before starting your free trial.

This app looked very intriguing. I downloaded it thinking why not. Unfortunately the whole app is hidden behind a pay wall, not even a free version advertised. So I came back to read the reviews and realised. So many reviews have actually been deleted. This is poor form. You should really reconsider a free version of this app not just a free trial.
