This app is impossible to cancel, and while there are interesting stories to read, it’s a scam. The ‘subscription’ didn’t show up on my Apple Account or anywhere else, meaning I couldn’t just ‘cancel with the account I purchased with’ like their app unhelpfully suggests. I’ve had to work with my bank to cancel the card and end a weekly transaction. Don’t do it, not worth it. Frankly, I don’t think Apple should even have this app as a download option.

Unable to cancel subscription

Unable to cancel my subscription. Purchased a cheaper 7 day trial that then went to a full price subscription. Subscription does not show up in my AppStore to cancel and I can’t cancel it in the app. Tried to cancel it, emailed support with no response. Still being charged for the full subscription. Have since emailed again and tried to contact.

Subscription can’t be cancelled??

I wish I had read the review before signing up as I can’t cancel my subscription- there are no contact details, there isn’t a subscription in my App Store (but I’m sure money will go off) and this should 100% be reported as a scam. I’ll have to go to the bank to sort this out!!

Can’t cancel do not buy

I have tried emailing and going through the steps to cancel. I got an emailing back saying cancellations can’t be processed at this time then I was debited another $34 I’m going to have ti cancel my bank card at this point so frustrating !!
