Last Asylum is a really fun strategy survival game. I like the base building, upgrading heroes, and joining alliances. The graphics and characters are cool and the gameplay is easy to learn but still keeps you busy.It does take time to grow your power, but that’s part of the strategy. If you like apocalypse survival and building your base stronger every day, this game is worth playing.
Useless Customer Support

The game is enjoyable and quite unique. But if you have a problem, don’t try using the in game help section because it’s useless. There’s no way to contact a human and the chat bot throws back irrelevant automated responses with no option to escalate to a person.This is the proverbial loop of frustration.There appears to be a ticket feature, but no obvious way to access it.
I got booted out of lots of alliances

As soon as I joined an alliance I got an immediate chat asking where I’m from and then they would send a message telling me their age, gender and where they are from. This happen persistently in about 4 or 5 alliances. If I didn’t answer I got removed from the alliance. If I did answer I was immediately asked to join their discord so “we can chat and grow together” I’ve played lots of building,team games but never had repeated attempts at intrusion and insistence at chatting and discord. Seems like a bit suspicious and scammy too me. Game is deleted.

Seemed pretty good at first. But after 45 minutes of being forced to continue doing only the one thing at a time they will let you I gave up. Was taking way too long to allow you to start playing the game. I gave up after 45 minutes having gotten through tonnes of upgrades and buildings etc but still being forces to do it one thing at a time to do exactly as they want rather than being allowed to play. 100% would not recommend until that is fixed and it is turned into a game.
