Supporter Cover now replaces surcharging in-line with the RBA's surcharging updates and recommendations. Turn on Supporter Cover in the Dashboard (Location > Settings). When turned on, the Pebl Collect app user (event staff, volunteer etc) will be prompted to ask the supporter whether they'd like to add $x.xx to ensure the organisation receives the full amount If they opt-in, the amount is added to the total sales amount, if the opt-out, nothing is added. Cash sales incur no fee and therefor do not take the Supporter Cover on.
