You can review time and wording before saving, so slips are less costly. AI assist (Premium) After you connect a trusted AI service, complex phrases are easier to break down and classify, and you can get cleaner titles or notes; batch confirmation is supported. Keys stay in the system Keychain. Parsing requests go to the third-party provider you configure—not through our own account or hosted login service. Quick to start, clear data flow No RemindMe account to sign up for. For everyday reminders, on-device parsing, and notifications, the core flow doesn’t need our servers. With Premium and iCloud on, data syncs and backs up under your Apple ID via Apple—same security model as the system; when network is required, the system handles it. Short path—few tries and you’re comfortable. Early alert Early notifications (e.g. for one-off items) help you avoid only remembering at the last second. Apple Watch Can help with scheduling and policies on the watch (see in-app settings). When you can’t pull out your phone, haptics can still surface what matters. Widgets & Live Activities Glance at the next step from the Home Screen; on supported devices and scenarios, follow progress on the Lock Screen and elsewhere (depends on iOS capabilities). System alarms (important reminders, iOS 26 and later) You can tie especially important items to system alarms so they’re harder to miss in Silent or Focus (enable in settings and grant permissions; actual behavior follows the current OS and UI). Apple Reminders & multiple devices (Premium) Optional write to the system Reminders app. With Premium, iCloud can sync data and preferences across iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch (see in-app details). Free vs Premium Free: core reminders, natural language, important flags, and alarms within what the system allows. Premium: one-time unlock for multi-device iCloud sync, AI parsing, custom sounds, China holiday-related features, and more advanced options. Who it’s for Commute jotting, dictation-faster-than-typing moments, and anyone already using the Mac app who wants the same habits on iPhone. Security & privacy No account is required. Core reminder, on-device parsing, and notification flows do not use our servers. AI: You choose the provider. Only after you enable it and add an API key do we send your reminder text and minimal scheduling context (time zone, current date/time, UI language—very low token use) directly to that third-party service over HTTPS. We do not route or analyze these requests. Keys stay in Keychain (may sync with iCloud Keychain). Microphone: Used to transcribe speech to text for input. We do not save voice recordings in the app for other uses. Cloud dictation, if any, follows Apple’s policies and your settings. Other permissions (notifications, Reminders, alarms, etc.) are requested when needed so alerts work on time.

Experience & UI Refined the reminder list with consistent row height and a full-height type color rail on the left for a cleaner look. Simplified delete and other confirmation sheets by reducing nested “card-on-card” layers. Updated Home navigation buttons (New / Settings) to a flatter icon style with less extra chrome. Added a Privacy & Security info page in Settings and tuned settings sheet dismissal behavior. Features Added swipe-left Duplicate in the list: quickly create a new reminder from an existing one and edit before saving. Reminders & logic Fixed and improved parts of repeat / cross-day / workday display and editing logic for better rule consistency. Fixed an occasional crash after confirming reminder deletion. Other Ongoing performance and stability improvements.
