Where your wines come from. • A world map on the Schematic. Under "By country and region" your cellar is drawn on the world: a mark for every region you hold, sized by the bottles there, and each country tinted by its share of the collection. • Open it full screen. Pinch to zoom into a crowded corner like Burgundy and Bordeaux, drag to move around it, and tap Fit to bring the whole world back. • Tap any place. A card gives its bottles, wines and oldest vintage, and Open lists the wines from there — read one, then Back, and the map is exactly as you left it. • Regions in any language. A built-in gazetteer of the world's wine regions knows each one under the names it is printed with, so "Valle del Rapel" and "Rapel Valley" find the same place. • Region and appellation, filled in. Scanning and typed entry place a wine more precisely, and Complete missing fields does the same for a cellar you imported. • A line about each place. With AI connected, the map describes a region's soils, climate and grapes — character, never statistics.

IIMPROVED DIAGONAL STORAGE Diamond walls are drawn more precisely. A wall now shows all of itself, every row down to the last, and the half-diamonds in the corners hold their bottles neatly inside the frame — so each bottle is there to see and to tap. Storage wider than the screen slides sideways within its card, keeping the far columns within reach. On iPad, every plan sits tight to its title strip.

Diagonal racks — the diamond kind — are drawn the way they are built. DIAGONAL STORAGE Choose Diagonal when you set up a piece of storage and the app draws the lattice: diamonds interlocking as the timber does, each row half a diamond across and half a diamond down from the one above. Tell it how many bottles one diamond holds and every one of them is drawn inside it as its own circle you can tap. One bottle a diamond gives you a simple diamond rack; ten gives you a wine cube. FINDING A BOTTLE IN IT Letters run across and numbers down, as they do on a rack, so a space reads as B3. Tap the plan to put a bottle exactly where it sits, or type the position on the wine's own screen.

Every price now says where it came from and when. WHEN A PRICE WAS FOUND Open a wine and the line beneath its price says whether the app looked it up or you entered it, and on what day. A figure searched this morning and one recorded two years ago no longer look the same. The Cellar page and the pricing screen say when prices were last looked up, so the total retail value carries its own date. KEEP THE PRICES THAT ARE YOURS A price you typed from your own records is the one figure the app cannot find again. Refreshing now offers to look up the prices it found and leave yours exactly as they are — or to refresh everything, as before. It asks only when you have prices of your own to keep. PRICES YOU ALREADY HAVE Prices recorded before this update are unchanged and still count. There is no need to look them up again.

Draw the schematic over any part of your cellar, keep one every year, and bring an imported cellar up to the standard of a scanned one. CUSTOM SCHEMATICS The signature drawing, over a chosen part of your cellar — your Pinots, your Champagnes, the wines you opened one evening. Choose up to five criteria, name it, and it sits beside the cellar's own drawing. Each is a saved definition rather than a picture, so it redraws as the cellar changes. Share any of them; each carries its own reference number. THE CELLAR ARCHIVE One schematic is kept for each year — a visual history of how the collection has changed. This year's card follows the cellar as it stands; when the year closes, it is kept as the year ended. COMPLETE MISSING FIELDS A cellar imported from Vivino or CellarTracker arrives as little more than producers, names and vintages. One pass fills the drinking window, grape, alcohol, tasting notes, food pairings and critical standing for every wine that has none — from each wine's own details, the same way scanning a label does. Only empty fields are ever filled. PRICING Look up what your wines currently sell for, or refresh prices when values have moved. Prices feed the total retail value and the price bands, and the app says which wines it could not price and why. Improved storage capability and import information. • Your storage, in your order, everywhere. Drag your racks, fridges and bins into the order you keep them in — the everyday rack first, the second home last until you travel — and the whole app follows: the Plans, the storage filters, the ring on the Schematic, the inventory breakdown, and every list you pick a location from. Until you arrange it yourself, the fullest storage leads. • Bottles keep their spots. Moving a rack or fridge to another area now keeps every bottle exactly where it sits, and what the app promises before the move is what you get afterwards — down to the bottle. • Merging two pieces of storage is easier. "Delete this storage and move the wines" — sits both on the storage itself and at the foot of the Edit Storage form. • Re-importing a CellarTracker or Vivino file used to match on producer, wine name and vintage alone, which could quietly write one wine's details over another's when two of your wines share a name. Now the bottle's own location decides which wine a row means, so a wine you keep in two bins is refreshed bin by bin. Where nothing can tell two rows apart, the import leaves them exactly as they are and tells you which wines and what to do. • A wine's photo, on every bottle of it. Add a label photo to a wine you keep in more than one place and it now appears on all of them, not just the one you were looking at. • Show in Plans lands on the spot. Tapping through from a wine opens its storage with the bottle already marked, and tells you whether you're looking at one wine in several places or several wines in one spot. • Other improvements and fixes throughout, including clearer wording wherever the app explains what an import or a move is about to do.

Storage that behaves the way you'd arrange it yourself — and an app that keeps up with a serious cellar. • Designed for cellars up to 5,000 bottles. Importing thousands of wines takes moments, not minutes, and the app stays quick once they're in — search, the Schematic, and the Plans all keep up. Storage holding many hundreds of bottles starts as a single tidy line — its count always showing — and opens with a tap; the very largest drawings show their first few hundred bottles and simply say how many more they hold. Finding a bottle is surer, too: tap any bottle for its card, tap the crosshair in a wine's details, and the Plans open its sheet and mark the spot — in every kind of storage, bins and storerooms included. • Storage enhancements. Keep as many racks, fridges and bins in one place as your cellar actually has — each takes its own name, suggested for you and yours to change to whatever you call it. And reshape your storage whenever things move: turn a fridge into a rack, shift a bin set to another area, or bring two racks together. The app shows what will happen to the bottles before anything moves, then leaves the choice to you — keep every spot it can, or bring them across unplaced and arrange the new home yourself, bottle by bottle. • See what's waiting for a spot. Open any rack or fridge full-screen and the bottles that still need a place are listed underneath, in alphabetical order — tap an empty slot, pick one, repeat. • Your files, where you can reach them. The app's folder now appears in Files under On My iPhone or iPad, so a backup can be copied off, kept somewhere safe, or dropped back in without a detour. The app keeps only its own newest export, and never touches a file you've renamed or added yourself. • Imports say exactly what they did. The replace option now reads "Replace matching wines" and the result spells out what matched, what was added, and — should a file match nothing — says so plainly instead of quietly doubling your list. • Sharing is steadier. Changing what a person you share with can do — view only, or edit — no longer risks the app stalling while it saves. And if a device on an older version is quietly undoing your storage names, the Sharing screen now tells you which and what to do about it. • Refinements throughout: shared wine sheets and schematics carry the app's address so a recipient knows where they came from, editable fields read in the app's own colour so it's clear what will respond to a tap, and imported wines keep the ratings you gave them.

Smoother cellar imports. • Moving from CellarTracker? Every wine now arrives properly named. CellarTracker writes the word "Unknown" into empty cells of its export files, and the importer previously took that placeholder at face value — it could become a wine's name, an appellation, or a sub-region. Wine names now follow CellarTracker's own display name, so "Basket Press Shiraz" arrives as exactly that. Already imported with an earlier version? Re-import the same file and choose "Replace with imported" — your wines are recognised even where the old version misread their names, and come back properly named, never duplicated. • Moving from Vivino? Your personal ratings now import in every region — exports from countries that write decimals with a comma previously lost them. Your rating is kept alongside your review in the wine log. • Backups: a cellar whose Plans were drawn before any wine was added now restores correctly, and restores report the pieces of storage they bring back. • Polish throughout: the shared wine sheet now shows star ratings only on poured bottles, matching the wine log, and storage restored from a backup can never collide with storage you've since renamed.

Your cellar, in your own words. • Storage areas, properly. Every location now reads as three simple things: the storage area in your own words (Home, Second Home, The Apartment), the kind of storage (a rack, a fridge, a bin — or a kind you name yourself), and the position. Everything in one area sits together on the Plans and in the location picker alike — so a rack at the second home lives with that home's fridge, not with every other rack you own. • Nothing to redo. Updating sorts your existing storage automatically and shows you a one-page summary of how it was read. Every bottle keeps its exact slot and bin number. And if a whole rack, fridge, or set of bins belongs in a different area, that's one edit — tap the pencil on its sheet, change the area, and every bottle on it moves together. • See a rack full screen. Tap the expand arrows on any rack or fridge and it fills the screen, drawn large enough to tap a single slot with confidence — tap a bottle to identify it, or an empty slot to put a wine there. • Moving from CellarTracker? The importer now reads the per-bottle export — including Location and Bin — so your bottles arrive already placed: numbered bins become bins of that number, and named spots become storage of that name. Several bottles of one wine in one place combine into a single entry with the right count. • Better Vivino imports, too. The community score comes across (clearly labelled as Vivino's average, never confused with a critic's verdict), the grape is read where the wine style names one, and the rating you gave a wine is kept with your review. • Backups now carry your storage areas and their order — including areas with nothing in them yet — so restoring on a new device rebuilds your Plans exactly as you left them. • Refinements and fixes throughout: one consistent reading of every location across the app, search that finds wines by their storage area's name, steadier location editing, and tidier Plans.

Share a wine, beautifully. • A wine on a single sheet. Tap Share on any wine and choose what to include — the label, tasting notes, pairings, what the critics say, your wine log, the price. The app renders an elegant sheet to send or print. Nothing else from your cellar comes along. • Full tasting dossiers, on demand. Each wine's Tasting Notes, Food Pairing, and Critics sections now carry a Summary / Full toggle — with AI connected, tap Full for a fuller note, a proper pairing guide, and a researched critics view, written once and remembered. Per-wine, and it rides onto the shared sheet too. • Type a bottle count. Holding sixty of one wine? Type the number rather than tapping. • Set the spot as you scan. The review screen shows a Location row before you save — pre-filled when you start from an empty slot. And you can drop a wine you already own straight into an empty rack or fridge slot. • Racks read like a spreadsheet. Columns are letters, rows are numbers — a slot is simply "B4". Your wines keep their exact places. • Sign your schematic. Settings → Cellar lets you set your cellar's name and reference Nº; both appear on shared schematics. • Name your own places. Name a place of your own ("Apartment", "Pantry") and it's remembered, so your next bottle goes there in a tap. • A calmer iPad. The detail pane waits on "Select a wine" until you choose one. • Refinements and fixes throughout — a more dependable "Open in cellar", tidier rack/fridge positions, steadier location editing.

The Plans — see where every bottle lives. • Your cellar, drawn to plan. Switch the Cellar tab to Plans and every storage area becomes a drawing: racks and fridges as grids, bins as numbered compartments, other storage as a clear count — a filled circle for every bottle, right where it sits. • Find any bottle in a tap. Mark a wine and the Plans open with a crosshair on its spot — from a wine's details, or straight from your list. A wine kept in several places lights up everywhere it lives. • Fill a rack slot by slot. Tap an empty space to scan or type a wine straight into that position. • Make it yours. Define your storage up front, or let it appear as you add wines; name places of your own, lay out rows and columns, and drag to reorder. Your layout follows you across iPhone and iPad. • Fridge front-and-back rows, sparkling markers, clearer multi-location grouping, and dozens of refinements throughout.

Add wines without a bottle to scan. • Tap + on My Wines to type a wine in — made for bottles delivered straight to storage, bought en primeur, or kept by a friend. Connect AI and three fields (producer, wine, vintage) are enough; it completes the rest. • No photo yet? Each wine shows a tidy cellar card until you add one — from your camera, your photo library, or by letting the app find the wine's real label online for you to approve. • Refinements and fixes throughout.

Connecting the optional AI features is now easier — Settings includes a new step-by-step guide for setting up your OpenAI key, with direct links and a plain-English note on what it costs.
