A contract ending 30 June with a 90-day notice period must be acted on by 1 April. A reminder set for the expiry date fires ninety days too late, after the contract has already renewed. Contractual reads the contracts you have already signed, finds the notice period, and reminds you on the date you actually have to act.
Upload a PDF, a Word document or a photo of a signed contract. The AI extracts the key dates, the fees, the escalation terms and the cancellation notice period, and explains them in plain English. Then it works backwards from the end date and sets your reminders.

SECURITY AND YOUR DATA
- You're asked for permission before any contract is sent for AI analysis
- Contract documents are stored in Australia (AWS Sydney). The application service, database and cache run in Singapore. Contract text is sent to the AI provider only during analysis
- Documents are encrypted at rest. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and you can delete your account and data from Settings

- AI analysis runs on Contractual's platform model by default, or add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key on any plan so analysis runs on your own account and billing. On a paid plan, your own key lifts the monthly limit to a fair-use ceiling of up to 500 analyses a month

IMPORTANT: Contractual provides AI-generated summaries and reminders. The AI may make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying contract terms and acting on them. We do not refund losses arising from missed renewals or extraction errors. Refunds for subscription and in-app purchase charges are administered by Apple.
