BUILT FOR THE BARBELL • Set up your gear once: your bar weight and the exact plates you own. • Track the classics out of the box: Bench Press, Barbell Back Squat, Overhead Press, Bent Over Row and Deadlift Add your own lifts anytime! EFFORTLESS LOGGING • The first time you do a lift, set a starting weight and the increase you want to use. • Every session after, keep last time's weight, add your increase, or deload in a tap - then log your sets and reps. • Weights are limited to what your plates can actually load, so you never plan a number you can't make. GUIDED WORKOUTS • Plan a whole session, then run it with a large on-screen rest timer between sets. • Warm-up sets are built for you from your working weight, and everything saves to your history automatically. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • A clean home screen shows your recent workouts and your likely next lift. • Chart any exercise over time (top set or total volume) to see your numbers move. KNOW WHICH PLATES TO LOAD • The built-in bar visualizer shows exactly how to load any weight, plate by plate, per side. • Enter any number and NextLift tells you the loadout... or tells you straight if your plates can't make it work. KILOGRAMS OR POUNDS • Pick kg or lb and switch anytime. Your history is never altered. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All your data stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, nothing sent to a server. It then prompts you through your workout with automatic timers and logging • Added warmup sets with gradual increase in weight (set up your warmups in settings) • Guided workouts with a built-in rest timer (defaults to 90 seconds, edit in settings) • Your rest timer shows how to load the bar for your next exercise!
