Receipta organizes receipts, invoices, warranties, expenses, and private documents in one focused workspace. Capture and review Scan or import receipts, invoice images, or PDFs. Review merchant, amount, date, currency, tax, invoice and warranty details, and evidence before saving. Edit uncertain fields, organize records in folders, and keep local copies. Client Invoices Create customer invoices with business profiles and line items. Generate, preview, and share PDFs, track paid or unpaid status, export CSV data, and analyze issued income. Client Invoices are local in this version. Analyze and report Personal Analyze, CSV, PDF and Accountant Report use the same unified receipt ledger. Review expenses, receipts, warranties, and invoice income by period. Back up your records Export backups with records, receipt files, and Client Invoice data. Import and merge after reviewing the confirmation; existing data remains available. Private Document Vault Secure Pro and Private Document Vault provide password-protected local spaces for private photos, videos, voice files, and documents. Stellar Vault and Echo Nebula remain separate from receipt records. Luna Use Luna for general conversation and receipt or expense capture. Attach text or receipt evidence, review the editable proposal, and confirm before saving. During the active three-day experience, platform-funded Luna is available after consent while eligibility remains active. Confirm once for continuous chat in the current signed-in session. A configured personal OpenAI API key takes priority. When funding is unavailable after the experience, Luna uses your own OpenAI API key, stored securely on device. Selected content is sent to OpenAI; API usage is billed separately from ChatGPT. Cloud and accounts Sign in with Apple or Google for optional account-scoped cloud records. After cloud consent, receipts sync automatically in the background. Cloud actions are separate from local Client Invoices. Choose your look Switch between Classical, Aurora, and Obsidian. Trial, membership and Luna Sign in to receive this version’s one 72-hour Receipta experience for your linked Receipta account. New users, existing users and existing paid members receive the same experience; previous installations or older trials do not exclude it. Existing paid membership stays independent. It is granted once per Receipta account across all linked Apple and Google identities, uses server time, requires no Apple purchase, starts no subscription, and never charges automatically. Re-login or reinstall does not restart it. During the active experience, users can use optional platform-funded Luna after consent. Server funding stops when the experience expires. Afterward, including during paid membership, Luna uses your own OpenAI API key. When the experience ends, the workspace requires a voluntary Apple weekly or annual subscription. Records remain preserved; you can manage or restore subscriptions, sign out, delete your account, and access privacy, terms, and support. Apple shows localized price and terms before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off in Apple settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Receipta provides organizational tools, not financial or tax advice. Receipta has been a huge time saver for my business. The receipt scanning is incredibly convenient and extremely accurate, so I no longer need to enter everything manually.One of my favourite features is being able to issue invoices directly to my clients, which saves me a lot of time every week. Keeping all my receipts and invoices in one place also makes tax time so much easier.The app is fast, easy to use, and has become an essential part of my daily work. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried a lot of receipt apps, and Receipta is by far one of the easiest to use. The scan is fast and accurately extracts receipt details, I really like that my receipts are stored on my device for better privacy. It’s perfect for tracking expenses, warranties, and tax records. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried a lot of receipt apps, and Receipta is by far one of the easiest to use. The scan is fast and accurately extracts receipt details, I really like that my receipts are stored on my device for better privacy. It’s perfect for tracking expenses, warranties, and tax records.
