Picked up a refill? One tap. A Refill button now sits on the refill reminder and on each medication page. Tap the amount you picked up (last time's amount is first) and it is added to what you have on hand. A taper ladder: step a dose down every few days until it reaches zero. Reminders say the day's amount and stop after the last rung. Reschedule all reminders in Settings now tells you what it did: a short wait, then how many reminders cover your next 7 days. On Today, the next dose that is actually due leads the screen, and missed doses wait in Catch up. The week strip now scales with your text size.

Choose your sky: Aurora, Dusk, and Ember join Midnight with DoseKeep Plus (Settings > Motivation). Deleting a medication now asks you to confirm, then takes you back to your list. The empty screen before your first medication sits under the full night sky.

A brand-new Today screen. Your day now lives in one glowing progress ring, front and center on your night sky, with your streak right beneath it. DoseKeep now travels with you. When you arrive in a new time zone, it asks once: keep your reminder times on the local clock, or shift everything so your doses keep the same spacing they had at home. Your choice, never a surprise. Also: each taken dose now shows when you logged it right on its row, plus small fixes and polish throughout.

Pets now get their own voice. Reminders for a pet profile speak for them: "Buddy needs Carprofen." Give your dog or cat a profile with a paw icon, and their reminders, doses, and history stay neatly their own. The doctor-ready PDF now names who each medication belongs to, so one report works for the pharmacist and the vet. The Today header also got a small glow-up: a bolder greeting, clearer text, and more room to breathe. If you use larger text sizes, the header now arranges itself just for you, so nothing gets squeezed or cut off. Everything stays on your phone, as always.

The sky also opens on the constellation you are building, not the oldest one. Also refined: the editor animates as you build a schedule, empty screens offer a clear next step, and the daily ring now follows your text size setting.
