Use Dayna to record meals and snacks, reflect on feelings and experiences, keep a private Journal, And/or check in on goals set with your practitioner. Entries are shared with your linked practitioner, with the option to keep an individual entry private.
Dayna is designed to support conversations between Health care provider appointments. It does not diagnose, provide treatment, replace professional care or monitor emergencies.
Key features include meal and snack logging with optional photos, Recording feelings and reflections, journal entries practitioner-supported goals and check-ins, and secure sharing with your linked practitioner.
Dayna is currently available to invited adults aged 18 and over in Australia.
