You're in a second-hand shop in Osaka, holding a Gunpla kit with a ¥1,800 sticker. Is that a bargain, or a brick you'll be carrying home for nothing?
Neko Hunter answers that in about ten seconds.
Photograph the item. The cat identifies it, checks what it actually sells for in Australia, subtracts selling fees and postage, and gives you a straight verdict: BUY, CONSIDER, or PASS - plus the highest price at which it's still worth your suitcase space.

Prices go in as yen. Estimates come out in Australian dollars, based on eBay Australia sold listings rather than optimistic asking prices. Fees and domestic postage are already
subtracted, so the number you see is roughly what lands in your pocket.
Works on the things people actually hunt: Gunpla and model kits, anime figures, retro games and consoles, vinyl and city pop, cameras, and general collectibles.
GOT IT WRONG? TELL IT
If the identification misses, correct it and the appraisal runs again against the right item. Barcode scans push confidence higher on anything with a JAN code.

Estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Condition, completeness, edition, and whether the box survived all move the real price. The cat is confident, not omniscient. Use it to
avoid obvious mistakes and spot obvious wins, then back your own judgment.
