Resale tickets

Due to unforeseen circumstances I can’t attend and event so I listed my tickets back up for resale. Sold my 1/3 of my tickets and axs claim I won’t get my money from the sale until 7 days after the event… absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t have the option to sell all my tickets as a group either which is inconvenient. Will not be going to any events organised by this group. Greatly disappointed. With CMC rocks QLD stuck with moshtix or Ticketek

Not able to Log in to App

Set up Axs account no worries. We have the Calgary Stampede coming up next week and now I’m not able to log back in. I’ve changed password,updated App, turned off VPN and WiFi and still when I go to log in keeps saying email or password not right. Tried to get help with live chat and Fan Club very hard to navigate

Where are my tickets?!

Absolute painful process in purchasing and obtaining tickets. I had to purchase through Ticketmaster because the ASX site thought I was a bot. I’ve flown from Australia to Las Vegas to see the Golden Knights play, the tickets have been transferred to my account - confirmed via email, but will not appear in my ASX app. Heading to the arena tomorrow morning to see if customer service can help. ASX is useless.
