Connect to Baidu Netdisk or WebDAV on iPhone and iPad, browse your games, download them and import them into your library. No need to download in another app and move the files yourself.
Galplay is a multi-engine visual novel player for Ren'Py, Kirikiri and ONScripter, bringing downloads, your game library, play and save management together.
You provide your own game files. Galplay does not provide or distribute third-party games.
■ From Cloud Storage to Your Library
· Connect to Baidu Netdisk or a WebDAV server you authorize to browse and choose games.
· Download game archives or complete folders. Queue multiple games to download one after another.
· Check progress and speed, pause, resume or retry downloads in one place.
· When a download finishes, tap Import to add it to your library, then choose the game to play.
· Downloads currently use Wi-Fi. Resuming a folder keeps completed files; unfinished files download again.
■ Dynamic Island, Lock Screen Progress and Notifications
Follow download progress in Dynamic Island on a supported iPhone and see live task updates on the Lock Screen without keeping the download page open. Enable notifications to get a completion alert. Tap it to return to that download and import your game.
Background downloads are supported. Progress and duration depend on system scheduling and network conditions.
■ Local Imports, Too
Import existing games from the Files app, your computer or external storage. Web Upload also lets you transfer games from a computer and manage them alongside your cloud downloads.
■ Multiple Engines
· Includes 17 Ren'Py runtimes, covering versions 7.4.11 through 8.5.3.
· Supports Ren'Py, Kirikiri and ONScripter games.
· Imports common archive formats such as ZIP, 7z and RAR, checks the project structure and prepares the appropriate runtime environment.
■ Expanding Commercial Kirikiri Game Support
Alongside standard Kirikiri titles, Galplay continues to broaden support for commercial games, bringing more titles to iPhone and iPad and improving the launch and play experience for some games.
Compatibility varies by title. Some games may require manual entry selection or may not run yet.
■ Designed for Touchscreens
· A collapsible in-game toolbar provides fast-forward, rollback, skip, Esc and custom keys.
· Adjust landscape lock, brightness, keep-screen-on and gesture preferences to suit your play style.
· Supports keyboard input, with one-tap keyboard dismissal.
■ Games and Saves
· Manage titles, cover art and local saves in one library.
· Import, export, back up and restore saves.
· Transfer games and saves via AirDrop, a local network or an external folder you choose.
· Configure your own iCloud Drive or external-folder backups.
■ On-Device Apple Translation
For supported Ren'Py games, Apple Translation can translate character names, dialogue and choices. The original text is always preserved, and translation can be turned off at any time. Game text is not uploaded to third-party translation services.
Supports real-time translation, in-place translation (Beta) and game pretranslation. Pretranslation processes translatable text in advance and shows progress. You can pause, resume, retry after a failure or remove generated translations when they are no longer needed.
