Your coach's exercises, as they wrote them If your coach programs DB Bench Press, that's what you'll see, with a demo that matches. Your history, last time numbers and PRs all stay together. Coach videos and cues When your coach adds a video link or a cue to an exercise, it's right there on that exercise. Training days and rest days If your coach sets separate numbers for rest days, switch between Training day and Rest day on the Food tab. Your pick now holds for the whole day. Meals with the ingredients in them Meals your coach builds show what's in them, not just the macros. Gym shorthand works Search and swaps understand DB, BB, KB, SL, SA, RDL, OHP and the rest. Picking a program Nobody gets handed a starter program anymore. With a coach, Training shows you're waiting on them. On Evolve AI, pick one from Training when you're ready: ready made, build your own, or have Jack write one. Fixes Two exercises on the same day that used to get mixed up now keep their own sets. The calendar doesn't offer sessions before you've got a program. Food search skips junk product names. Got an idea or spotted something off? Profile, then Ideas and feedback. Cheers.
