Keep track of your sets, time your rest, and see your live heart rate on Apple Watch. Get a wrist alert when it’s time for your next set. Keep your workout moving, one set at a time. Workout Sets & Rest Timer helps you count sets and time the breaks between them, right on your Apple Watch. SET YOUR WORKOUT Choose 1–20 sets and a rest period from 15 seconds to 9 minutes. Your preferred settings are remembered for next time. TIME YOUR REST Tap Start Rest after a set to begin a clear, easy-to-read countdown. See how many sets remain and feel a haptic alert when your rest is over. FOLLOW YOUR HEART RATE With your permission, view live heart rate during your session. The finishing summary shows your maximum and current heart rate, set count, and selected rest duration. SIMPLE WATCH CONTROLS Use a single rest countdown or move through multiple sets. Need to finish a break early? Triple-tap the countdown to skip the remaining rest. Built for Apple Watch. Requires watchOS 26 or later. Heart-rate features use Apple Health access. Workout sessions are not saved to Apple Health.
