BOOK SPACE • Desks, offices, studios, retail space, warehouses and meeting rooms • Search by postcode and filter by the kind of space you're after • Hourly or daily rates shown up front, with no membership and no lock-in • Instant Book on spaces that offer it, or send a request and the host confirms • Pay securely through Stripe — your card is only charged once a host accepts • See all your bookings, and cancel free up to 48 hours before you start • Open any listing in your maps app for directions MESSAGE YOUR HOST OR GUEST Sort out the details in the app — where to park, how to get in, what's included. Send messages and photos while your booking is active, see when they've been read, and get a notification when someone replies. MEET OTHER BUSINESSES CoHub is a network as well as a marketplace. Browse the member directory by industry, open someone's profile to see what they do and what they're looking for, and send a connection request. Accept or ignore requests as they arrive, and see everyone you're connected to in one place. REAL SPACES, CHECKED BEFORE THEY APPEAR Every listing is reviewed and approved before it goes live, so what you see is a genuine business with space it isn't using. Hosts can verify their identity, and verified hosts are marked. If something isn't right, report a listing or a member straight from the app, or block someone so they can't message you. HAVE SPACE SITTING EMPTY? Plenty of Australian businesses have a spare desk, a quiet room, or a floor that's only busy three days a week. Save the spaces you like. Tap the heart on any space to keep it, and find everything you've saved under Saved spaces in your profile. Let your connections know where you'll be. Turn sharing on for an upcoming booking and the people you're connected to can see the space and come and work alongside you. It's off unless you switch it on, and you can switch it off again at any time. Day passes for longer stays. Hosts can now set a cheaper daily rate for guests booking a week or a month, straight from the app. Clearer pricing on longer bookings. A stay that qualifies for a longer-stay rate now says exactly how many days you booked, instead of the length of the pass it was priced at.
