Organises well improvements needed in how it shows email contents

Organises emails very well based on contacts and much easier read. Some suggestions:- calendar integration with apple calendar and in general organising meetings with video via FaceTime will be great value- easier to reply like text message which works for such emails but alot of other cases with detailed content editor needs to improve- should be easy to forward an email

I came to Spike because I thought the idea of organising email by contact was brilliant- and it is! What I didn’t expect was to find another feature which seems simple but I haven’t seen anywhere else: Spike provides a “select all” button for each time period that the inbox is divided by. It makes it so, so easy to keep a clean inbox! I simply click “select all” for, say, “today” and then scroll through un-selecting only those I wish to keep to read (which is very few in the “other” inbox) and click “trash” when I’m done. It seems such a simple flip of the way everyone else does it (select each individual email you don’t want) but it makes such a difference! Best of all, it works on the “earlier” timeframe, too, and I was able clean up 2 years of email that needed archiving or trashing, in minutes! Bravo!

Honestly I don’t write reviews often but this app takes the cake!! I have always found writing and reading emails quite difficult mainly because of the format, Spike fixes that!! Now I can read and reply to my emails as if they were a chat or a text. If you are on the fence about this I would highly recommend getting this app!! It has also made blocking emails and unsubscribing way easier!

I had intermittent problems syncing with my office365 account, and spike went out of their way to diagnose and fix the problem. (It turns out it was incorrectly set up as an Exchange account rather than an office365 account.)With most other services like this the best one can hope for is a pointer to a community help forum, so spike really stood out.
