It’s been 4 to 5 months I am trying to get in touch with this company and no one can even bother to respond and help me. I purchased the complete program last year which we love using. Sad part is since 4-5 months we have no sounds which mean we can’t use the app. I have emails this company severals time and also contacted them via the support application under the app but still NO ONE Has bother to help! REALLY DISAPPOINTING. Such a waste as the program is great, but if you have any issues you get absolutely NO HELP

My 9 yr old with a disability has very low self esteem when it comes to reading so we tried this app to give her some confidence. She has started from the beginning and is loving this app. She can’t wait to get to school to show her teacher she can read !!! She isn’t scared to do it👍

What a disastrous attempt to help a bilingual student in my class. The app keeps freezing, or drops out. Every time this happens it makes you set up a new account for another child. At no point will it let you access the same child’s account or pick up where you left off. An incredibly frustrating hour with 12 restarts to get 5 words in to the lesson. Subscription cancelled.
