I finally had a big win on Huff n More Puff on a 48 million dollar spin and win over 4 billion coins. After I won I got out of the app as I had to work. Few hours later came back to play but NO WINNINGS WERE IN MY ACCOUNT!!!! Messaged them to see what was going on. First person named Maverick Smith said “I see you were unable to collect your winnings from a bonus round in Huff n More Puff. I'll be glad to assist you with this. As a fellow player, I understand how this could affect your gameplay experience. These issues generally happen due to network disruptions or overload of app cache in the device. When you experience these issues or other interruptions during a spin, please keep in mind that your spin is not lost. You can recover that spin by going back into the same slot that you were playing and placing the same bet again.” So clearly they saw the issue and escalated it to the “advanced support team” because that did not work. Next person named Jordan Dot compensated me 50 million coins???? What the hell? I was literally spinning that much? So replied to tell them that I have a winning over over 4 billion. Finally got a reply from Mary Circinus - “Hi Paul, I hope you're doing well! We're here to assist you with any other questions or concerns you may have about your game. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional compensation for this issue. Please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.” Such a scam of a game. One big win and they removed it from my account when they can clearly see it on their end and won’t even give it to me. I used to genuinely enjoy Quick Hit Slots, mainly because the tournament balls gave players something to work toward and kept the game engaging long term. Since they were removed, the game feels empty and repetitive.There’s very little progression or community interaction compared to other slot apps. No real friend system, no clans, and not much reason to level your account up. It’s basically just spinning slots without any meaningful goals anymore.The pricing for coin packs also feels extremely expensive for the amount you get, especially at higher levels where progression starts feeling slower and wins feel far less frequent. The game has become much less enjoyable over time unless you constantly spend money.I recently moved over to Cash Tornado and honestly it feels far more player friendly. There’s more activities, more progression systems, actual social features, and overall it feels like there’s more to do than just endlessly spinning.Please bring tournament balls back. That feature was a huge part of what made Quick Hit Slots fun and kept many long-term players playing
