I have been using this app since 2019, originally to put in my shift times for my family to see. The app layout was simple enough for my parents to use.I really love this app, it has helped me stay organised. I always wanted paper planners to work for me but I would forget to look at them and they weren’t practical.I always have my phone on me and I’ve gotten used to putting in an event or appointment as soon as it comes up. You can set reminders for a custom time, so you can be reminded a day before, or an hour to a few minutes before. You can add location and notes to remind yourself what the event was about. It is really useful in scheduling my time. Everything can be colour coded and you can have a personal calendar as well as shared calendars with other people.Timetree has saved me so much time and has reduced my stress in day to day activities.

Fantastic calendar app

This app is truly fantastic to track all your busy life events and you can centralise it and do it in one place where you can share it with the whole family. The calendar can be colour coded and synced with whoever it’s shared with. Being a live calendar app it’s very easy to keep in the know with what’s happening with everyone else around you. I have multiple calendars one for myself, one with my family and one for the business. I love it so much I’ve replaced the iPhone calendar app with TimeTree!I hope the creator gods are listening… because I’ve replaced the iPhone app with TimeTree I’m missing the date on the app icon… the only thing that would make this app better is if the app icon for TimeTree also had the changing date on it so I wouldn’t have to go into the app to see the date of today.

The only calendar app I’ll use forever

This app is honestly the BEST calendar app, whether you’re making a personal calendar or sharing with friends, classmates, partners, parents. I originally downloaded it in 2021 so me and my best friend could see each other’s calendars and encourage each other. And honestly, it has made such a big difference in our lives.You can make separate calendars for work, uni/school, have different colours, chat and add photos in each thing you enter. You can also have memos and notes that are separate to the calendar, but that you can see everyday. It’s unbelievably helpful.Ads are VERY minimal, ZERO pop-ups (just small banners), and actually fit well into the app. I barely notice them and am so grateful that they do this. Nothing is made in a way that forces you to pay for premium.You’re also able to add widgets of this app, so you can see your daily, weekly, or monthly calendar on your home screen. Which is awesome.Highly HIGHLY recommend this app. It’s easier to use than the apple or google calendar in my opinion as well. And being able to share them and have joined calendars is something that isn’t offered by other apps.

Recent changes aren’t user friendly

Used to think this was a great app, but recent updates have made the app hard to use. Previously all calendars could be configured with individual colours, making it very easy to identify the calendar when looking through a list of calendars. Suddenly the developer made everything green, so now its difficult to distinguish between calendars- especially those named similarly. Not sure why you would want everything to be one colour… Other features are a bit lacking, like the ability to have a standard setting for new appointments, such as notifications. Sometimes previous settings carry over, but if you change to an all day appointment, next time you add a time based appointment the notifications settings go blank. Would also be good if when selecting a calendar the colour setting for said calendar would automatically apply to the appointment, but you must manually set the colour for all appointments.
