** Updated Review - Be Focussed Pro has started sending SPAM for their products as notifications to apple watch. This is a very cheap, sleazy move. Dropped to 4 stars **I have used many Pomodoro solutions and this has been easily the most polished, consistent, and stable.My only grip is that the sync isn't perfect. It's a LOT better than other solutions I've tried though. But sometimes my different 'BeFocussed' devices don't know what the others are up to. Also, I can't figure out how to change my sync password.

The simplicity of this app has made such a difference for an ADHD brain that has trouble with overwhelm and time blindness. Even better would be if it was possible to select a group of tasks at the same time, so you could clear the number of intervals completed and move them all from done to undone at the same time. I have daily action lists that take an age to reset. Also a very brief / visual instruction guide to using it that stays on the app that you can refer to - I didn’t process the original instructions that disappeared quickly enough and other really useful things I didn’t realise until after I’d been using it for a month.But overall, super helpful and I use it every day.
Great Pomodoro timer

If you use the entire Pomodoro technique complete with planning and reporting, this tool is excellent.Set up work items ahead of time, record pomodoros worked, now you have time boxing and billable hours/project effort tracking sorted out.Works just as effectively if you don’t care for the planning and tracking and just want a timer that works between macOS, phone and watch.

Love it but can you get it to synchronise faster?

I’d love if you could put in some functionality to have it force pull from whatever’s on the server. If I’m running a timer on my desktop, it would be good if that could be reflected within a reasonable time frame on the iphone logged into the same account. Even if there was just a button to force push to the server or pull from the server!! Love it though!
