I recently bought Billie Eilish ticket from Viagogo somehow with a cheap price compared to other resellers, I was skeptical that it might be a scam. On the day of the event the ticket wasn’t transferred yet from the seller. So I called the customer support, the first customer support wasn’t helpful, said the transferring of tickets are somehow extended, estimated to be 3 hours before the event. I tried asking them to contact the seller but they just ignored. Then I decided to call once more and got a really helpful customer support, immediately offered to contact the seller. Got the info that actually the seller had trouble transferring, essentially he sent the ticket pdf directly to me to make the process quick. And i got to watch the concert! Thank you Andrew!

I don’t know what happened to other people who wrote negative reviews. I had overall good experience with Viagogo. Bought last minutes tickets to Camp Nou - Barca game. Messaged support team when I have not received tickets, they immediately replied and I got my tickets in a next hour. Tickets were legit.

I reluctantly used Viagogo to purchase 2 tickets to the NRL season opener in Brisbane last week. The Viagogo fees per ticket were $88 each ticket but the seats were great and the entire purchasing experience was very smooth. Follow up communication after the purchase was excellent and the tickets were delivered via email the day before the event. I realise that some people have had bad experiences with Viagogo but my personal experience was very good. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it as we had a great time at the game!

I bought 2 $300 tickets to Travis Scott 2 days before the show, I was worried that I would be scammed but everything was smooth. I received the tickets in just a few hours after purchase and had no issues getting into the stadium. Not to say everyone would have the same experience, but I would use this website again.
