I came home to India to be with my sick parent. I discovered Blinkit and started using it to order groceries on a short notice. Made life easier as I didn’t have a vehicle to run errands. With Blinkit I could stock up on essentials and also spend time at home with my mother.

No way to manage or stop countless marketing notifications

So either I completely disable all the notifications for this app on system level or have this app to spam me on daily bases.. Sales and marketing team should take a chill pill and the app developers should add in a way to manage what type of notifications are enabled. ie. I’d like just notifications related to the recent order and delivery status and disable random marketing spams. Meanwhile, I’ve disabled all the notifications for this app. May even delete it forever and use other competitor platform to serve my needs.

First 10 minutes after placing order, it would show 13 minutes then 11 minutes doesnt change for another 15-20 minutes no response on calling delivery person, no fair response than usual reply 'slight delay in delivery than planned while leaving the store'. If this is getting routine, then whu mentioning 10 minutes ?? even zomato comes sooner. Especially for an order placed from 2.6km away from alwal store.

Please improve your packaging and quality checks. Quick delivery is great, but quality matters too. Hope to see better service ahead.”
