Physitrack helps healthcare practitioners like MD’s, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and musculoskeletal specialists stay connected to their patients and clients through a single easy to use platform.
Physitrack provides an integrated patient engagement solution offering: home exercise prescription, video calling with live content streaming, educational content, and outcomes measurement.
Physitrack ships with over 10000 exercises in HD video, ready-made templates, educational content and industry leading outcomes surveys.
Clinicians can also add their own custom content to use for their own clients. Client engagement and activity can be tracked, measured and adjusted in real time. This allows Physitrack users to have constant connection/engagement to their patients/clients.
Monthly auto-renewable subscription to Physitrack:
- Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm your purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews every month, unless you've turned off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription from the My Account > Subscription page or from your iTunes Account.

Can’t mark exercises as completed
This used to be a good app, apart from my physio having to send a new program every time they adjusted it. Now, well, it doesn’t mark as complete, and I have to log on manually every time I use it, which means going to the original email from my physio and using the link. So a year ago was good, now it’s only useful as an occasional reference rather than an adherence and progress device.
No looking back.
The software is extremely user-friendly and the customer service is second-to-none. Keeping track of client programs and progress has never been so easy.
Other apps greatly exceed this
Changed my password within 5 minutes of me using it for no reason. App would not then accept any password despite meeting their requirements. Contacted them to cancel. They stated they had cancelled, yet are still ILLEGALLY attempting to deduct funds. They treat customers poorly, ignore emails and not fix issues. The app always glitches and is not user friendly.
