I was using this for about 18 months and it was great. Unfortunately when I upgraded to the iPhone XR it doesn’t open. I think it’s because it doesn’t work with face recognition. I restored the app (unfortunately losing all my passwords). Worked fine again, but when I changed the settings to enable Touch ID ran into the same problem. If you are upgrading to a Face ID iPhone, switch off touch in settings before you upgrade and don’t switch it back on.

Don't use this app for your important passwords!!! I used their previous paid version (with different logo but same developer) and now can't open the app anymore after update the iOS 14.6. The worse thing is they don't provide any download and update in the App Store anymore!! Completely disappear!! I loss all important passwords in the app without any precaution to perform a backup. I just realised heaps of people who used this app have the same problem when I searched on internet. People post on the apple community and the developer page but get no response. The developer create this new version which is exactly the same as the previous one in design and functionality. But they say on the pop up note that they can't restore the data from the previous version. This is so irresponsible and doggy !!!!!!!!!

I suggest you don’t touch this app if you have a XS max iPhone. I recently had my iPhone 7 crash after a backup. I restored everything to the new phone except the passwords stored in this app. Every time I try to load the app it crashes, I have uninstalled from my phone and reinstalled and it crashes again. I even used this app to do a password backup some months ago, but can’t load the backup as the app crashes. I have tried to contact support, but no response. I had been using this app for over two years with no problems, until changed my phone and if I could use my old phone I most likely could get access to my passwords, but this is impossible according to apple due to motherboard failure. So users be careful, what looks secure and is secure when changers occur beyond our control are not always what they seem.

The App updated to Ver 6.4 five days ago and since then I cannot open it. No access to my passwords. I have been trying to contact the developer since then and no response. I suppose it’s my fault as I attempted to contact him a number off years ago and also received no response. It’s a pity that Apple only allowed complaints on Apps that were purchased within the previous 3 months. There is no other way to contact Apple re this issue as the App a is still listed on their site. What a cop out Apple!! Allow sales of Apps, take your cut and run. Shoddy but to be expected.
