Über die IDEAL-NFC App können Händler und Monteure direkt aus der App, Informationen zum Fenster abrufen z. B. Auftragsbestätigung, Einbauhinweise, Pfleginformationen, Reklamationsmeldung usw.. Bei einer Beschädigung des Fensters kann über die App ein Reklamationsbericht inklusive Foto erstellt werden. Dieser wird anschließend direkt an die IDEAL-Fensterbau Weinstock GmbH übertragen.
