You can feel the love for the DC Universe coursing through this supercharged brawler. Batman, Wonder Woman, Gorilla Grodd—our favourite heroes and villains look spectacular. And the new combat system controls awesomely, letting you jump, sweep and fling ranged attacks at Flash-like speed. Between the devastating new super-moves and cool modes (including a console-style story mode), we’re in heaven.
Leveling and unlocking is ridiculous, but gameplay is excellent
he game is definitely hard for new players to start, mainly because most likely will have tbuy Gems which are ridiculously expensive especially for a mobile game aswell as having limited amount of playing time before all your energy runs out. But I will say the game it’s self when you get off the starting point, is extremely fun and the art design is excellent. The combat is well put together and the AI at times can be unfair but more than likely it’s balanced. I feel like they need to make it more easier to get shards for hero’s and not take ages to level up. But I guess it’s marketing so therefore I thoroughly enjoy this games gameplay but the unlocking and level system is outrages for people who have just started out. To sum my review up basically: A lil pay to win and unlocking and leveling up is insanely hard.
Unfair, Broken and Unplayable.
The game is unfair in that there are distinct teams (Justice League and Multiverse) that dominate the arena. There is no chance of getting these heroes now and is literally making the arena unfair. Likewise Netherrealm do not listen to player feedback and keep constantly releasing broken heroes of whom are mostly arena rewards which again cannot be obtained because of the superfluous ‘shards’ mechanic limiting players from actually obtaining these heroes. Those that can get the heroes on the other hand make the arena hell for others and keep getting richer while the struggling arena players get nothing. On another note the AI is incredibly broken in that they always have an advantage in that they do not have any delay time. The player however does have delay time which makes the gameplay even more frustrating. In addition, Netherrealm are greedy and overprice everything in their store to get money so that the player has an ‘advantage.’ And to top it off, everything in the game is even more ridiculous in that chests are expensive and unrewarding. The rate to which you get decent heroes is so low, that it is borderline gambling. There isn’t even bad luck protection on these chests.
Fix. Your. Game. Netherrealm.
You probably won’t even read this, let alone fix the game.
