Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at the confirmation of the purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store app.

EXACTLY what I was after

I found this while testing out different interval running apps and it was exactly what I was after: not only does it come with both the C25K and None to Run programs so you can use whichever one you prefer (or a blend!) but you can program your own sessions very easily too. Audio announcements work perfectly even if you’re playing your own music and the iPhone is locked (which was problematic with most of the other running apps I tried) and I love the halfway and 5 second updates. Also works great with the Apple Watch on its own if you want to leave your phone at home. So customisable, and useful for all sorts of exercise. I love it, well worth the one off price! (Which is a fraction of any C25K style ongoing subscriptions.) It’s a little but of a shame that the in app purchase means I can’t share the full version with my husband via family sharing but that’s a very minor point. Otherwise, just perfect. Thank you!

Really good!

This app works really well and I honestly think that it’s better than other interval apps! It would be great if we had a wider range of colours for the intervals and confetti for the watch interface :)
It would also be really handy if we could have a countdown setting instead of manually setting one ourselves and not having the standard rest at the end of the workout since the workout is already finished?
Also, is also would be great if it could recognise that the period of time is the same for each interval considering the fact that many workouts tend to have an even working and resting time.

Best exercise app for iPhone/Apple watch

I use this app for all my training. Whether it’s running, cyclong or HIIT core workouts and strength training this fits the bill.
Creating interval workouts is so easy no matter how complicated the interval structure is.
The custom heart rate zones that alert you whether you are above or below the BPM you have set for that interval makes this the best all in one heart rate training app.
The gps tracking has always been 100% accurate and the Apple Watch app is simple to use and has an easy to read display while out on a run or ride. It also links with your phone which is handy for people who use their watch to display heart rate/distance/time/pace but listen to music on their phone as the alerts (for heart rate and interval changes) will come through the headphones from the phone as well.

Easily the best app out there, reliable, simple to use but powerful and the developer is active in adding new features.
