I’ve used other training platforms before, but none compare to AOC. I have the premium package, and the training programs are perfect for what I’m after and the trainers are super responsive if I have questions about what they have assigned. The weekly coach check ins are great at holding me accountable, and anytime I have a question the team jump on and give me all the information or help I need. I have never been more confident in the fact that I will meet my goals using this app & subscription. I also specifically love that they outline my calories and protein intake but don’t give me a meal plan, I prefer to take control of what I’m eating but they also have meal suggestions in the app as well which is great for inspo. It’s absolutely the best thing I have done for my health & fitness and I’m starting to really enjoy going to the gym again. 10/10 recommend to anyone, no matter the experience.

AOC has literally been the first program I’ve managed to follow and enjoy. The 24/7 access to coaches really is that, and they’re such lovely, helpful people who really take an interest in you and give you so much motivation to meet your goals. The exercise programs are catered to exactly what you want personally and tracking food with a protein goal has really helped me understand the foods I need to be eating to have a healthy diet. I couldn’t recommend it more.

I’ve used this app for a while now, had a premium subscription and then dropped back to a basic one to just use the app to track my workouts with the programs that I had started on premium.It’s a great and well thought out app and a staple for my gym workouts.My only suggestion is that the app could incorporate weight/workout progression based on the weights and reps I select each week. This way I could actually track how well I’m progressing. At present, the only way to track that kind of this is if I have an Apple Watch or fitness tracking device to link to the app.Still love this app though!

Great app for keeping you motivated and on track with progressive overload. Lots of improvements have been made since the launch of the new UI. I love that your workout syncs immediately so if your app gets ejected from memory you don’t have to start the workout again and click through all the exercises you previously completed. Nice work, team!A few little UX niggles in the updated interface that the old one had covered. One being that when you tap a previously entered weight it should select all of the old numbers so you can overwrite it without having to delete first. It’d be nice to reward loyal users after X months with a new workout. Like a loyalty bonus. Anyway, great app. Get on it!
