Fast and easy to set up
Great app both on mobile and desktop. Multi agent and multi branded with ease. Not bloated or outdated like some of the major competitors. Worth getting and testing for yourself.
Frustrating to use
As an example, when a customer asks you “how much is product X.” you minimize JivoChat and open another app to see what you sell them for, then when you switch back to JivoChat the whole conversation has disappeared and you have to search through the archives... by which time the customer has left your site because they’ve waited too long.
The app does what it says and is useful, but overall it could be so, so much better. Speed up every aspect of the app, stop refreshes, and fix what I’ve mentioned, and then I’ll give it 5 stars.
