If u dont need the chatbot feature, the free plan has got u covered with unlimited live chat. Its amazing. Their interface is very easy to use too.
Just one comment i wish the side bar feature is available on mobile too.

Logs out too often. Day-old notifications = error.
Version 8.23.1: A bug has been introduced wherein half of the iOS notifications lead to a 'something went wrong' error. The app was fine before. Please revert to previous.
Additional Review (a year or two after the above):
The above was never fixed. It seems to happen whenever you don't have time to attend to any notification within a certain number of hours (maybe 24 hours?).
New problem: Now the app frequently logs you out against your will, but continues to send you notifications as normal, which simply lead to a barrier (log-in) screen. Finally deleted.
Sad.
Tidio is/was quite good.

If you can also forward us some screenshots showing the errors that would be great as we can have our developers look into it for you.
There is also a chance that something simply went wrong when the app was updating on your device. Can you please remove the app and reinstall again? Hope to hear from you anyhow!
Simple and effective
Installed this app for my business website and it’s working excellent. The notifications received on my phone make it simple to interact with customers and won’t miss any enquiry. Recommend ++
