Joy - Wedding App & Website 4+

From the first day arriving to when it was checkout time , we were pampered and had the best time ever staying here ! Well done to the staff , caterers florists and reception , to All , involved in making our daughters day a wonderful day she will remember for the rest day of her life, even with the rain bucketing down on n off for the whole day , she got her wish outside , ceremony and photos , even getting soaked the bottom of her dress , it truly was the best day ever , the staff in All areas are the best ever , Not one to fault , asked for help in the most smallest or percular circumstances , and received the results in every aspect , a credit to the staff and the Cheff ,so kind and happy and helpful , the food was Amazing and we were over whelmed on our stay in the cottage too! The florists for presenting an amazing display , To round it up Fabulous and Thankyou from the bottom of our heart , it truly was an Amazing stay All round

The Joy app and website has played such a significant role in my wedding planning! I can’t get over how easy it is use and all the functionalities it has! All my guests have given so much positive feedback and loved how I’ve given them all the information they have needed in one location! I was able to give guests accomodation options with direct links to websites, display frequently asked questions eg. Are kids invited/what to wear and even give them the exact location of our ceremony and venue-with a direct link to google maps. If you ever need help with anything, the team from joy reply straight away on live chat or on email. Such a brilliantly designed program and I’m so thankful I stumbled across it. I will recommend it to everyone!

This App has so much potential to be great, however there are many bugs, slow loading time, caching issues and more. I have moved around my “Menu” and published and it still won’t pull across. Many times there is no SAVE or BACK button, so I have to literally close out of the app and hope to got my changes saved. Limited capabilities via the App which redirects to the web view developer and still the web view doesn’t have all the capabilities and needs you to go to desktop. There are large variations in the view across, web, app and desktop which is odd and no way to calibrate so all viewer see the same format. I would like to be able to set a schedule for “All” to view and have set other events for select groups to view as the option state, however on published public view I can see all events in the schedule when 3 out of 4 are for specific groups only…
