Great app from a good developer. I’ve had issues and suggestions to which the developer will actually respond. Very useful for anyone dealing with pelvic floor weaknesses following prostate cancer surgery. Most of these type apps are aimed at women, while this is more gender neutral. There’s a lot of pre made workouts to keep things interesting too.So come on people, don’t just accept issues “down there”, get this app and do something about it. It won’t happen overnight; but it will happen - if you do something about it.
