Don’t buy
Everyone don’t buy their subscription. It never works on iphone i mean never . Save your money and buy something else . 👎

We offer 7 days of free trial, so all new users can test our service to see if it satisfies their needs before they decide to make a purchase. Moreover, all purchases made on our website are covered by a 30 days refund policy, so if the customer is not satisfied with the service - he can simply request a full refund within this period. Now, unfortunately, we are unable to locate any support tickets associated with your username "sunny8588". Rubbish service
BBC iPlayer stopped working 7 days into my annual subscription and their customer service is ignoring my request for a refund or add additional days to my subscription to compensate me. Absolutely rubbish service, don’t bother paying after the free trial.

There were temporary issues caused by BBC blocking most of the IP addresses. This issue is resolved now, please try to reconnect to one of our UK servers and check the performance.
