Block everything except the site you need. HOW LOCATION WORKS When you enable location in the setup screen, the app requests your device's location permission once. It then provides location data directly to the website's JavaScript. This is useful for kiosk deployments where a map or location-aware page needs to work unattended. Location is never sent to any server other than the website you're browsing. When location is off (the default), no location access occurs. KIOSK MODE DETECTION Websites can detect they are running inside KioskView by checking window.isKioskMode in JavaScript. This allows pages to adapt their layout — for example, hiding navigation elements or enlarging touch targets for kiosk use. Perfect for retail displays, trade shows, museum exhibits, reception desks, or any scenario where an iPad needs to show a single website without distractions.
