Undercooked app
I assume this app is trying to be a rival to your Ubers and deliveroos etc just for local eateries. Man this app fails on so many levels. It’s buggy, says you can track your order but never actually does, you have no proper estimate of delivery times, and a generic phone number to follow up on your order status…answered by a random with no introduction to confirm I was calling KitchaCo. To top it off the delivery driver called me completely lost and delivered my order in a MenuLog bag. Seriously. Avoid this thing.

Appalling app. Such a waste of time. Try to order from my local which is 1.6km away and apparently I’m outside their delivery radius? So do your drivers walk? Waste of time - use ubereats
Amazing app!
I have been using the Kitchaco App for a while and the newest update has made the experience much more efficient! The food was great, really tasty.
