Update- after months of waiting, we received good service from Joaquim who solved our problem within a week of writing this review. And we were rightfully reimbursed.

no support for getting back what is rightfully ours, KIWI guarantee doesn't exist, they claim to rebook flights but actually don't, no contact option available anymore (app, chat, phone, ...) - they owe us hundreds of Euros.

Update: Following writing the review below, they got in touch and solved my problem. Thumbs up to the review team, however, it’s very disappointing to realize that unless you raise your voice and alert others of their scam, they won’t acknowledge you and your problems. Considering this my experience with them is highly negative and won’t recommend anyone using their service. Original Review: One day my flight disappeared from the manage my booking section of the airline, and got an email from Kiwi pretending that the airline had cancelled my flight whilst I could still see it in their own websites a d many other apps. Following up with them with hundreds and hundreds of messages, and every time some random person offering meaningless apologies but giving me zero action back. I kept asking them to put me on a different flight, I even searched through their own website and sent them screenshots of the available results but they repeated the same nonsense that the flight that I was asking for “doesn't exist”. Meanwhile, because I had searched through their websites, their marketing team kept sending me emails asking me to proceed with my search and finish the bookings, “shocking”! This company is the absolute meaning of disgust, fraud, scams and whatever you want to call them. Stay away from it. For them it's as easy as putting their hand in your pocket and picking up the cash, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere and walking away from you.

When we receive a disruption from the airlines we right away inform our customers. In your specific case, the disruption was received from he airline and we simply informed you about the same. Do not make the same mistake that I did, this company is the worst they steal from their costumers, they don’t refund the money, it is a fraud and scam . I have got 2 flights that were cancelled and they made me purchase and paid extra so I won’t loose the whole tickets and the money that Invested on the flights, because I request a refund of the whole trip to what they answered they could not guarantee the whole refund will be made that it will take 3 months to see what what’s going to happen and that it was better for me to purchase again the flights that were cancelled which I did because I did not wanted to loose everything. I requested the money back from the 2 flights that were cancelled, and they said they couldn’t do it because I didn’t paid for the kiwi guarantee, that I could do it my self, so I proceeded and I called the airlines to get the refund, then they said I needed to prove that the airlines were going to make the refund which I did as well, so at the end they said they won’t give me the refund because I paid extra for flights that they pretty much force to buy so I won’t loose all the money , and that’s was considered as a flight change, which I never agree and I was force to do. Please do not buy or use this platform and tell everybody you know, because you are saving them and you of getting robbed.
