The Shield application provide registered user to access and view updated to the rail corridor health and safety documentation. There is a feedback component where users can acknowledge understanding and provide feedback against upcoming rules changes.

- Internal links updated and will navigate the user to linked rule.
- Cleaned up the Shield Roles that are available.
