What’s the point?
What’s the point of an app with membership details and the ability to change said details if it never works?
Every time I try to adjust my membership selections it goes loopy. Drives me insane! I’ve cancelled and renewed my subscription multiple times now, how hard is it to get Lashify to take my money and give me lashes? If you can’t make it work-don’t tell me it can.
Fix it.
Great idea, poor function
I came to the app because the website was so slow and glitchy, but it’s the same issue here.
Quite difficult to navigate, slow to load because of all the flashy graphics, internal crashes.
Would be great to see it developed a bit further so the app/website can cope with the extravagantness of the design.
App doesn’t work
I can’t update my orders or subscription on the app because it always freezes. I prefer using the website however the website keeps directing me back to the app so I end up having to delete the app to make the updates I need
